Having being in cattle farming for over 30 years we have learnt to become aware of necessary needs of the farmers.. While the need to maintain healthy, steady animal growth is important, cost must be necessarily kept low.

High Nutrient Content

With a profat content of 23% : possibly the highest energy and fat content for Malaysian PKE Standards.

Zero Chemical Solvent

PKE is organic based, selected only from mechanical processing which does not involve the incorporation of chemical solvents in the feed.

Low Shell Content

Dairy cattle has a diet requirement which are extremely sensitive to shell content in the feed. High shell content harms the dairy cattle. PKE from gv.FEED has low shell content; tested and proven to be safe for consumption of the dairy cattle. We never compromise on the shell content!

gv.FEED's PKE Criteria
Screw Press Only Palm Kernel Expellers Specifications: Clumpless! Raw palm kernel expeller comes in clumps! These form of expeller are in large sizes which ranges from 1 - 5 cm, known as cake by the oil mills. gv.FEED expeller cake is given an additional processing of grinding to offer the same high quality feed, only much smaller sizes! Did you know? With a fine average size of <1 mm, the feed is ready for intake with minimum grinding and this improves digestion. This improves energy loss from grinding and helps improve milk production.

Going clumpless, gv.FEED's Palm Kernel Expeller is grinded.

Laboratory Testings

Samples are sent for analysis regularly by qualified* laboratories to ensure high nutrients of protein, oil, fibre and low shell & dirt content.

*Only MPOB certified labs are assigned for the lab tests.

Real-Life Testings

gv.FEED product is being used in our farms for field testing because in real-life, scientific testings are specific and impossible to predict fully the animal's biological response. We keep ahead by having randomized lead consignment to our farms before distribution to our distribution network. This enables us to assure that the product is up to our biological standards before we pass them on to our customers.

It's fresh !

CAUTION: Some PKE delivered in bulk truckloads are so fresh that they are still hot! Just like freshly baked cake, the AROMA is so strong that the animal is naturally attracted to the feed.

The PKE are shipped to our valued customers are within days of the PKE production, which gives the longest possible shelf life to the PKE product.

Little things that count!

Quality 50kg Bags

Weight loss of grinded PKE is inevitable during transportation and handling and can contribute to a substantial feed loss to customers. At gv.Feed we have improved on this to preserve the maximum weight per bag delivered to customer. Extra duty stitches are used at the bag in order to seal the PKE escaping the bag edges.

Bags that Breathes

Fresh PKE are hot! If they are loaded hot into fully sealed bags, condensation takes place where water vapour settles down within the PKE. Condensation inside the bags encourages mould to grow on the PKE spoiling the feed. Our bags are sufficiently porous that allow the water vapour to escape into the atmosphere.
